The new Nokia Belle Refresh software release brings a new browser with full HTML5 web app support. You can have web services directly on your home screen or in the apps menu, and the services can also be used offline. Browsing performance has been improved. The release also brings you new home screen widgets for various apps and services, giving you more choices for making your phone your own. There are a number of general performance and usability improvements, and corrections, such as better support for Flash videos (.flv) and a time zone correction in Russia. Social networking is even easier when your contacts are automatically linked to Facebook and Twitter. This release also brings a new version of Nokia Maps (version 3.09). You can see your photos on a map and get info on interesting places nearby. With the new Maps version, you can also have several destinations along routes and get info on public transport lines and departure times. A new Music player offers a fresh view for the music now playing and a new view for info on the artist now playing. After updating to Nokia Belle Refresh, just like after updating from Nokia Anna to Nokia Belle, some apps may not work due to compatibility issues.
